Also in the sale is the six-whee (pictured below), which was designed to smash land speed records. It is said to be “Fitted with no less than six Ford Cobra V8 engines, each displacing 351 cubic inches and with a projected total of approximately 2,000 horse power, this 23 foot long monster is breath taking in every way. The six engines, 12 Holley four-barrel carburettors, 48 exhausts, two Ford C-6 automatic transmissions and a pair of Pontiac rear axles contribute to making this extra-ordinary vehicle a mouth watering addition to any serious collector or museum.” It was built ‘King of Kustomizers’, George Barris and a team consisting of Harry Bradley, Joe Bailon, Jay Ohrberg and built in the early 1970s

Sammy Davis Jr.'s Rolls Royce

The Rolls has changed hands several times since Davis let it go several years later, and was once sold at the Barrett Jackson Scottsdale auction in 1999 for $9,828. Bonhams estimates its value today at approximately $500,000, due to its rarity and celebrity provenance.Davis was nearly killed in a car accident in 1954 on Route 66 during a trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, losing his left eye in the incident. Nevertheless, he remained an avid car enthusiast until the end of his life, famously owning several vehicles customized by Batmobile creator George Barris and a DeLorean

Ann-Margret

The car was a 1961 Kelsen Sports Rider electric car made by Art Kelsen in Stanton, California. From what I can tell, this particular three-wheeled car was modified with a custom rear section from a golf cart by George Barris the “King of Kustomizers” at his shop in North Hollywood, CA.
